Dr. Ardizzone graduated from Lake Braddock High School in Burke, Virginia (1977). His mother, native to Bremerton, Washington, allowed him to spend many summers and winters visiting family in Washington state while growing up. Dr Ardizzone fell in love with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and chose to moved to the Puget Sound area the following year to attend Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. In 1982, Dr Ardizzone moved to the University District to attend Dental School at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry, Seattle, Washington.
While attending the University of Washington, Dr Ardizzone was selected to attend the oral surgery residency program at the University of Leeds, Leeds Dental Institute, Leeds England. It was during Dr Ardizzone's oral surgical residency that a passion for dental surgery was ignited. Dr Ardizzone received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Washington, School of Dentistry(1987).
As a charter member, Dr Ardizzone joined the Puget Sound Gnathologic Study Club(1988), an Olin Loomis Study Club. Through the meticulous direction and training of Dr. Olin Loomis, he learned comprehensive dentistry, oral rehabilitation, gnathologic concepts and bioesthetics. Dr Ardizzone became a member of the International Academy of Gnathology(1988). Dr Ardizzone was able to continue his dental education through this academy and broaden his knowledge in the area of functional and biological occlusion, natural esthetics and temporal mandibular joint therapy. Dr Loomis exposed and incouraged Dr Ardizzone to gain valuable skills in the area of Gnathologic Orthopedics, Interceptive orthopedics, Orthopedic jaw development and orthodontics.
Dr Ardizzone joined the Seattle Orthopedic Gnathologic Seminar (1989), a group that meets with the Northwest Orthopedic Gnathologic Seminar group monthly to further his knowledge and training in the areas of orthopedics and orthodontics. Dr Ardizzone became a member of the American Academy of Gnathologic Orthopedics (1990). A few years later Dr Ardizzone joined the American Academy of Gnathologic Orthopedics (1991) It was through these professional groups that Dr Ardizzone has been able to gain valuable continuing education in comprehensive dentistry, cosmetic and advanced technical training and skills.
I am deeply appreciative of the many kind years of dental training and guidance I received by Dr Olin Loomis DMD, his endless hours of guidance and training in the area of oral rehabilitation, and comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. He was an exceptional dentist and friend.

On a more personnel side Dr. Ardizzone began his carrier in dental cosmetics, family and general dentistry at the Federal Way Dental Center near Federal Way, Redondo Beach and Dash point road, just off of 16th Avenue, next Federal Way High School and the "Home of the Mighty Eagles". I met my wife Ann, during my first year of dental school. Ann has worked for Alaska Airlines for the entire time I have known her. She has a passion and love for her the company and the many great people that have help to create a truly unparralled culture in the airline industry and one its employees are proud of. Ann and Dr Ardizzone, have been married since December 21, 1985 and we share the same anniversary day as her parents, who were married on December 21, 1942 in the mist of world war II. Our son Alex, is a Federal Way High School student, a senior and plays as #22 wide-receiver for the Eagles football team. Alex enjoys a fantastic circle of friends all full of ambition and dreams, they all seem to enjoy coming over to the home and visiting; as we enjoy their humor.

Dr Ardizzone was born in Las Vegas Neveda in 1959. raised in a military family, I was able to see almost every state in the country while growing up as a result of my mothers love to explore and see America from coast to coast. My mother loved to traveling with my three sisters and I as kids and camp during the summers while school was out. Having grown up in the beautiful North West and born in Bremerton Washington to a father that took her every where with the Boy Scoots troop would go. To this day I can only say, how beautiful this country we live in is and thanks mom for taking the time and me with you to see America.
My father was born in brooklyn, New York and A carreer Naval Officer and Harvard Business School graduate. He is true Italian and gave me a true love ffor my Italian side, and a real aprreciation for family and love for business and Investing. I love all of them tremendously and appreciate all the time he spent with me and my sports teams as the head couch. He was the head coach of my many sports teams growing up and my life. Thanks dad, your still my guiding light in my life.

I enjoyed the college experience and all it had to offer. After college I became a true Husky, graduating from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry in 1987. While in dental school, I attended the University of Leeds, Leeds, England as part of the Oral Surgery Residency Program. It was during this residency program that my passion for dental surgery was ignited.
I began my carrier in dental cosmetics and family dentistry at the Federal Way Dental Center, Redondo Beach, Federal Way area. I met my wife, Ann, while attending my first year of dental school.
Dr Ardizzone joined the Puget Sound Gnathologic Study Club as a charter member in 1988, an Olin Loomis stud Club where he learned comprehensive dentistry, oral rehabilitation and gnathologic consideration, orthopedics and orthodontics which serve as the primary goals of all patient treatment. Dr Loomis a renouned prosthodontist in the greater Seattle area an the the pacific Northwest, as mentor provided 20 years of personnel academic guidance an direction. Through his direction Dr Ardizzone became a member of Seattle Orthopedic Gnathologic Seminars, and meet monthly with the pacific Gnathologic Orthopedic Seminars to study the latest orthopedic, orthodontic and comprehensive cosmetic treatment.
Ann and I were married during my junior year of dental school. Ann has worked for Alaska Airlines the entire time I have known her. We have been married since December 21, 1985
